pink grapefruit margaritas
I know it's only Tuesday, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
The truth is we are TIRED. It has been a loooooong season of farming. Our backs hurt, the muscles in our legs are shot, we have sunburns in places people should never get sunburns and our hearts break just a little bit every day when uninvited guests make themselves at home on our farm. (Yes aphids, flea beetles and coyotes I'm talking to you!)
I hate to complain, I'm definitely a person who tries to live with a "glass half full" kind of attitude, but I'm bushed.
And so are Henry and Taylor.
Today our hearts just were not into it. Taylor picked a bunch of zinnias for me and we headed home for some TLC.
Margaritas and flowers are the way to my heart. Thank you Taylor!
These pink grapefruit margaritas were the perfect remedy for a couple of overtired farmers. Cheers to a brighter tomorrow! Enjoy everyone!
