Celery, Grape & Cashew Salad with Chili Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 heaping cup sliced grapes
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1-2 teaspoons chili crisp (RED BLOOM brand recommended)
- Fat pinch of salt
- ¼ cup roasted cashews, finely chopped
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss together.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve immediately.
