Cardamom Spiced Granola Parfait

Cardamom Spiced Granola Parfait

We've been hitting the eggs pretty hard recently so I thought I'd switch up our morning routine a bit with this really tasty cardamom granola. I used to be way better about having granola on hand at the farm and after whipping up this batch I'm back on the granola train. There's actually another batch baking in the oven as I type this and the house smells amazing! Homemade granola simply can't be beat and this version is wonderful. This is the kind of breakfast that can easily be enjoyed as a mid afternoon snack or even dessert. We served the granola with some full fat plain yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup and it is absolutely lovely.  I hope you all enjoy these parfaits as much as we do. Pour a cup of coffee and enjoy! Cheers from Tumbleweed Farm.
